Doresc sa va prezint un fenomen care pina acum nu l-am intilnit.
SIMPTOM:Vibratii puternice la frinare.
Prima data am crezut ca s-a fisurat un disc de frina de fata.
Apoi in momentul cind in mers trageam frina de mina apareau aceleasi vibratii .
Am hotarit diagnosticul:ferodouri rupte sau ceva arcuri sarite la puntea spate.
Am mers la service si am demontat ambii tamburi de la puntea spate.
Surpriza:Totul era in stare perfecta,nici o fisura sau ovalitate la tamburi.La demontarea rotilor am gasit ceva care mi-a atras atentia dar nu am considerat ca poate influenta atit de mult comportamentul masinii.Un suport care sustine valva de la janta de interior era prins si deformat intre cele 2 jante.Inainte sa apara acest fenomen am fost la vulcanizare pentru a schimba anvelopele pentru iarna si acolo cred ca unul din lucratori nu a fost atent si nu a simtit cind a strins rotile ca nu sunt perfect aliniate.Rotile erau strinse si asa au ramas pina la demontare.
Aceasta este suportul de metal care mi-a facut probleme.

SYMPTOM: vibrations from brake.
First I thought it was broken the front brake disc .
Then the moment when I use the hand brake I feeling the same vibration.
I decided diagnosis: something broke inside or something skipped inside the rear axle.
Surprise: It was in perfect condition, no crack or oval on drums.
I went to the service and I removed both drums at the rear axle.
When I removing the wheel I found something that caught my attention but I thought that may influence behavior to the truck.One of support that holds the valve inner rim was caught and deformed between the two metal wheels.Before to appear this phenomenon i go to tyre shop where I change tires for the winter and I think one of the workers there was not careful and did not feel when he torque the wheels and are not perfect aliniate.The wheel stay tight and so remained until removed.
This is the metal bracket that made me problems.
After that everything was ok.
